Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance is a direct-mail program providing $2,000 of Basic Coverage, at no cost, to the account holder. Coverage is available to all account holders age 18 and older, with the option of selecting additional coverage up to $300,000.
This plan offers 24-hour protection against a covered accident anywhere in the world, on or off the job, on business, on vacation or at home. All eligible account holders will be accepted, regardless of health or occupation and no physical exams or health questions to answer. Your acceptance is guaranteed.
